摘要 目的探讨多元化教学在外科护理学实训教学中的应用效果。方法将2010级高职护理专业两个班的143名学生分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用多元化的教学模式,对照组采用传统的教学模式进行教学,课程结束后对两组学生外科护理实训考核成绩进行比较,调查试验组学生对多元化教学模式的评价。结果试验组学生的基本操作和相关理论考核成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),多元化的教学模式在6项评价项目中得到多数学生的认可。结论在外科护理实训教学过程中采用多元化的教学模式,对提高学生基本操作和医患沟通能力,培养学习兴趣和自学能力,增强团队合作的意识等具有积极的作用。 Objective To explore the application of diversified teaching in practical teaching of surgical nursing. Methods One hundred forty three students of Grade 2010 in Higher Vocational Nursing Education were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Diversified method was used in the experimental group and traditional teaching method was used in the control group. At the end of the course, students' relevant theory knowledge and practical skills were evaluated,in which questionnaire methods were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the experimental group. Results The scores of students' relevant theory knowledge and practical skills of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group( P 〈 0.01 ). The six projects of diversified teaching were recognized by students of the experimental group. Conclusion Diversified teaching for practical teaching of surgical nursing improves the students' capacity of practical skills, nursing communication, cultivate learning interest and self-study ability, and enhances the awareness of teamwork.
