摘要
文章从实用、经济和高效的角度出发，提出了一种优化BP神经网络分类器的设计与实现方案。它具有较好的模块性，可移殖性以及透明性。对于各种模式识别的情况，它都具有一定的实用和参考价值。同时提出了一种确定隐层节点数的新方法。结果良好。
： This paper develops a method to design and perform an optimal BP network classifier，considered with the utility，economy and efficiency of the classifier.The program is with beautiful modularity，transportability and also penetrability.For any kinds of pattern recognition problems，there are some values of application or reference in it.Furthermore，this paper supplies a new method to determine the hidden note number，and result shows well．
