摘要
为了解使用板块充当螺栓帽的新型螺栓的受力特性,采用弹性力学相关理论对螺纹牙表面应力分布和螺栓极限承载力进行了力学分析,结果表明这种新型螺栓的极限承载力与板块的厚度、板的刚度、螺纹牙的螺距以及表面摩擦系数存在联系。结合弹性力学建立了最后一圈螺纹破坏时的极限承载力公式,运用该公式计算得到的数值与试验值基本接近。
This paper presents a study on the mechanical properties of a new-type bolt which uses a plate as the bolt cap. The elastic mechanics theory is applied to analyze the stress distribution on the thread surface and the ultimate bearing capacity of the bolt. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity depends on a few variables including thickness and stiffness of the plate,pitch and friction coefficient of the thread. Utilizing elastic mechanics theory, the formula for predicting ultimate capacity when the last lap of thread is damaged is established. The predictions from the formula are very close to those obtained from the experiments.
