摘要
[目的]检测南太湖产区菱角中有机氯农药的残留量。[方法]采用气相色谱法,HP-5石英毛细管柱分离,用ECD电子捕获检测器进行检测。[结果]不同产区的30批菱角样本中有19批检出五氯硝基苯,但均未超标。[结论]南太湖产区菱角有机氯农药残留低于《中国药典》2010年版一部及《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》。
[Objective] The aim was to investigate the organochlorine pesticide residues in fruit of Trapa manshurica from South Lake Taihu. [ Method] Gas liquefaction and HP-5 quartz capillary column method was adopted to separate, and ECD was used to detect. [ Result] PCNB was detected in nineteen samples among thirty samples, but the content did not exceed the normal standard. [ Conclusion] The organochlorine pesti- cide detected from Trapa manshurica in South Lake Taihu was lower than the relevant regulations of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 and Green Trade Standards of Importing ＆ Exporting Medicinal Plants ＆ Preparations.
