摘要 输电线路在线监测系统是智能电网输电环节的重要内容,通信网络在输电线路在线监测系统中占有举足轻重的地位。鉴于无线公网GSM/GPRS/CDMA/3G接入方式与监控中心进行通信,存在信号稳定性、安全性、保密性较差、传输不及时、传输速度慢、后期通信费用高等问题,对电力系统安全运行造成一定的威胁。针对大跨越输电线路在线监测平台项目,设计了基于电力系统的EPON+WiMAX专用通信网络。为使EPON系统和WiMAX系统分别独立运行,便于维护,而且不用改变原有技术体系的任何组成部分,综合考虑各方面因素,采用EPON+WiMAX独立架构的融合网络。同时采用风光互补供电电源,保证大跨越线路在线监测平台在任何恶劣天气情况都能可靠供电。目前,大跨越线路在线监测系统运行效果良好。 Transmission line condition monitoring system is an important part of the smart grid in transmission link, and communication network plays a vital role in the transmission line condition monitoring system. The communication style between on line monitoring equipment and master stations are using public wireless access, such as GSM, GPRS and CDMA 3G, which causes some problems such as poor stability, security and privacy, data transmission not in time, slow transmission speed and high cost of communication in the late and threats the safe operation of the power system. In view of the large-span transmission line on-line monitoring platform project, it designs a special communication network based on EPON and WiMAX in power systems. In order to make the EPON system and WiMAX system run individually and easy to maintain, without changing any part of the original technical system, taking into account overall factors, it adopts an independent architecture fusion network of EPON and WiMAX. Its uses the wind and sunlight complementary power supply at the same time, which guarantees large- span transmission line on-line monitoring with reliable power supply under any weather condition. At present, large-span lines on-line monitoring system running effect is good.
