摘要
新疆植物资源形成与分布的自然条件得天独厚，且以资源丰富、质量上乘、山区多于平原、北疆多于南疆为特点。滥采乱挖，已诱发出一系列生态环境问题。强化合理开发利用和保护的统一、大力建设植物原料的生产基地、加强科学研究和法制管理、实现资源增值和永续利用、变资源优势为商品优势，是新疆当前和今后一段时期内，植物资源及开发利用的基本方向和任务。
Xinjiang is richly endowed by the natural conditions of formation and distribution of the plant resources, which is charaterized by the rich resources, first-class quality, is richer in the mountainous areas and in north Xinjiang than that in the plains and in south Xinjiang. A series of eco-environmental problems have been brought about by the severe gathering and digging of fuel and medicinal herbs. At present and in near future, the basic orientation and tasks of protection, exploitation and utilization of the plant resoures in Xinjiang are to harmonize the protection and rational exploitation and utilization, devote major efforts to constructing the production bases of raw plant materials, strengthen the scientific research and the legal administration, achieve the increment and the sustainable utilization of the resources, and change the advantage of resources into the advantage of commodities.
