摘要
DVB+OTT是有线电视的机会,但是DVB+OTT并没有做到三网融合,只是简单的切换,不能为用户进行定制,没有真正形成新的电视业态。对于地面数字电视来说,由于频谱的缺乏,其境况比有线电视更糟。提出超级地面数字电视的概念,其基本点是自适应广播和IP网络的融合。同时介绍了自适应广播的基本架构,给出了相应的实现算法和实现方法。超级地面数字电视不仅能够实现电视用户的业务量身定制,从而形成新的电视业态,也能够实现绿色低碳的地面数字电视,提高频谱使用效率。
DVB ＋ OTT opportunity cable TV, but did not do the triple play, just a simple switch cannot be customized for the user, not really formed a new TV format. For terrestrial digital television, the lack of spec- trum causes the situation worse than cable. This paper proposes the concept of super terrestrial digital televi- sion, the basic point is the integration of adaptive broadcast and IP networks, while also carefully explained the basic structure of an adaptive broadcast, gives the corresponding algorithms and implementations. Super terrestrial digital television TV not only to achieve the users customized services, thereby forming a new televi- sion formats; green carbon can be realized in digital terrestrial television, but also to greatly improve the effi- ciency of spectrum use.
