Full Framing Construction Technique for Simply Supported Box Girder of Jinsitang Special Long Bridge on High-speed Railway

摘要 满堂支架法施工简支箱梁技术在公路、铁路、市政等桥梁工程中运用较多,工法成熟,可根据现场情况适时选用。文章就新建甬台温高速铁路金寺堂特大桥简支箱梁满堂支架法施工技术为例,对该桥梁所处施工环境、满堂支架法施工优点、施工方案确定、支架体系及稳定性计算、施工组织、以及主要工序施工要点等作详细阐述。在支架体系及稳定性计算中,主要对钢管架平面布置、立面布置、荷载分析及计算、腹板及底板和翼缘板钢管架稳定性分别计算等方面进行详细阐述;在工序施工要点中,主要对支架地基处理、支架搭设施工、支架系统预压及检测(重点是分级加载及预拱度设置)等做详细阐述。另外,在施工组织中,对于投入的支架、底模、芯模、边模数量进行简单说明。 Full framing method of simply supported box girder construction technique in highway,railway,municipal, bridge engineering,a mature method,could be selected according to site condition.In this paper,taking a new Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Jinsitang full framing method simply supported box girder construction technique of the large bridge as an example,presents the construction environment of the bridge,the method of full framing construction advantages, construction scheme determination,support system and the stability calculation,the main points of construction organiza-tion,as well as the main working procedure in detail.Among them:in the support system and stability calculation, mainly in steel frame layout,elevation layout,load analysis and calculation,web plate and bottom plate and flange plate steel pipe rack stability are calculated respectively in detail;In the construction,the main process of construction,foun-dation treatment,support build-up preloading supporting system and test (with a focus on the hierarchical load and cam-ber setting),are described in detail.In addition,in the construction organization,for the investment of stents,bottom die,core mold,mold number are simply explained.
