摘要
目的探讨影像学在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法应用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)、X线平片和心脏磁共振成像(MRI)对247例样本进行冠心病鉴别诊断。结果 247例样本中影像学综合诊断出冠心病178例,非冠心病者69例。经与冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果比较,敏感性为100.0%,特异性为84.1%。结论影像学诊断冠心病简便、快速、安全,MSCT和MRI敏感性高,X线可提供诊断辅助线索,综合应用有利于提高诊断准确率。
Objective To evaluate the value of science imaging applications in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Methods Multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT), X-ray and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were performed on 247 cases of coronary heart disease in the differential diagnosis of samples. Results Among 247 cases in the sample comprehensive diagnostic imaging, 178 cases were coronary heart disease, 69 cases were non-coronary heart disease by coronary angiography, compared with the results of (CAG), the sensitivity was 100.0% and specificity was 84.1%. Conclusion Imaging diagnosis of coronary heart disease is simple, fast, safe, MSCT and MRI has high sensitivity, X-ray diagnostic aid can provide clues to help improve the comprehensive application of diamaostic accuracy.
