摘要
经济型数控车床在进行螺纹加工时 ,为了保证步进电机不失步 ,伺服进给系统在螺纹切入和导出时 ,通常采用突跳方式、升降频方式和混合方式启动电机。文章在分析了这 3种方式的特点及不足的基础上 ,提出了一种新的变螺距导入算法的原理 ,并给出了实现方法 ,避免了上述 3种电机启动方式存在的不足。
In order to keep the servo system working at a high speed when a CNC lathe processes thread product, a reasonable method should be adopted to control the step motor at the beginning or the end of a thread. The paper puts forward a new algorithm for adjusting the pitch of thread. The algorithm can be easily realized by computers and conveniently adjusted according to the loading of the servo system. The implementation of the algorithm is also given.
