摘要
在KNSBN晶体中掺进CeO2 和Eu2 O3,以硅钼棒作加热体 ,利用Czochralski法生长Ce∶Eu∶KNSBN晶体。测试 18°切和 0°切晶体的自泵浦位相共轭反射率和响应时间 ,18°切的样品自泵浦位相共轭性能优于 0°切的样品。采用自泵浦位相共轭镜 ,In∶Fe∶LiNbO3晶体作为存储介质 。
Doping CeO 2 and Eu 2O 3 in KNSBN and using Si Mo bar as heater, Ce∶Eu∶KNSBN was grown by Czochralski method. The self pump phase conjugate reflectivity and response time of Ce∶Eu∶KNSBN crystals with 18° cut and 0° cut were measured. The self pump phase conjugate reflectivity of the sample with 18° cut is superior to that of the sample with 0° cut. Ce∶Eu∶KNSBN was taken as self pump phase conjugate mirror and In∶Fe∶LiNbO 3 crystal was taken as storage material to realize the association storage.
