作为一种受法律保护的知识产权,专利已成为国家竞争力的核心要素,掌握和控制关键领域、核心技术和重大装备中的知识产权成为各国竞争的焦点。专利的稀缺性、垄断性和创新性可以创造专利的李嘉图租金、张伯伦租金和熊彼特租金。企业的市场竞争优势来源于专利的租金性质。企业充分利用专利权的明确界定和有效保护,可为技术创新提供公平竞争的环境和内在动力,有力保障企业在技术创新中的竞争优势,最终形成自己独特的核心竞争力。
As the intellectual property protected by law, patents become a core element of national competitiveness. It has become the focus of national competition to master and control the intellectual properties in the important fields, core technologies and major equipments. The scarcity, monopoly and innovation of patents can create Ricardian rent, Chamberlain rent and Schumpeterian rents. Market competitive advantage of an enterprise comes from the nature of patent rents. An enterprise's fully taking advantage of the well-defined and effective patent protection can provide a fair competitive environment and intrinsic motivation for a strong support for enterprises in technological innovation, eventually forming its own unique core competencies.
