摘要
农业产业集群是农业经济发展的增长极,是促进农村工业化与城镇化的助推剂。文章基于GEM模型,从基础、企业、市场和政府三个方面实证分析了湖南粮油加工农业产业集群竞争力,得出湖南粮油加工农业产业集群竞争力略高出平均水平,最后提出了促进湖南粮油加工农业产业集群快速发展的对策。
The agricultural industry cluster is the development of agricultural economy growth pole ,the booster of rural industrialization and urbanization. In this paper, based on the GEM model, from the foundation, enterprise, market and gov- ernment in three aspects of the empirical analysis of Hunan grain and oil processing of agricultural industry cluster com- petitiveness, obtains the Hunan grain and oil processing agriculture industry cluster competitiveness is slightly higher than the national average, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to promote the rapid development of Hunan grain and oil processing of agricultural industry cluster.
