摘要
综述了从矿石、氯化物烟尘、赤泥、冶炼废液中回收钪的主要工艺技术。根据国内外回收、提取钪的现状,从赤泥及冶炼废液中回收钪的技术相对较为成熟;随着多种高效、清洁萃取剂的开发及应用,萃取法在回收钪方面的工业应用较为广泛,开发低成本、高容量、无毒性或低毒性、无污染的萃取剂具有广阔的应用前景。寻求较易的分离、提纯钪的新工艺,是今后钪回收、提取的重要研究课题。
Technologies to recover scandium from ores,chloride dust,red mud,smelting waste solution were summarized.With the application of current scandium recovery technologies,the processes to recover scandium from red mud and smelting waste solution are relatively mature.With a fast development and commercialization of efficient and clean extractant,extraction process is widely applied in industry.Developing non-toxic or low toxic,non-pollution extractant with low-cost and high extraction capacity has broad application prospects.Meanwhile,seeking easier separation and purification technologies for scandium is an important research topic for scandium recovery in future.
