摘要
体色是影响鱼价格和价值的重要因子之一,影响鱼类体色的因素主要有遗传因素、神经内分泌系统、营养素以及养殖环境等。文章就鱼类体色形成机制及其影响因素作以简述。
Skin color plays an important role in determining quality and price of cultured fish. Many factors af- fect the pigmentation of cultured fish, which includes genetic material, neuroendocrine system, nutrients, culture en- vironment and other factors. This article described the research status about the mechanism and affects of shin color on fish.
