Fe^(2+)胁迫对西洋参元素吸收及分配的影响

摘要 为了明确Fe2+胁迫下西洋参对Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn的吸收和分配状况,以土壤为基质外施FeSO4进行盆栽试验。结果表明:Fe2+胁迫下,西洋参中Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn的吸收量受到影响,其中整株中Fe、Mn和Zn的积累量呈先升高后降低的趋势,Fe2处理时最高,分别为653.031,271.716,175.606 mg·kg-1,Cu的积累量逐渐增高,Fe4处理积累量最大为33.412 mg·kg-1;Fe2+胁迫下打破了西洋参中4种元素固有平衡,各元素的地上部/根部比与在整株中积累相一致,其中Fe在根中积累量大于地上部,Mn、Cu和Zn的地上部积累量大于根部;Fe2+胁迫下土壤中Fe浓度与西洋参中Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn形成了较好的二次方程拟合,其中拟合曲线变化趋势与西洋参对各元素的积累一致。Fe2+胁迫打破了西洋参营养元素吸收分配的固有平衡,导致代谢紊乱,最终影响西洋参健康生长发育。 The aim of the experiment was to study the effects of Fe2+ stress on the absorption and distribution of some nutrients(Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn) of Amer/can ginseng by adding FeSO4 in the soil. The results showed that the absorption of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn were affected in American ginseng, the accumulation of Fe, Mn and Zn in whole ginseng increased at first and then decreased with increasing of the adding concentration of Fe2+ in the soil, and the values 653.031,271.716,175.606 mg. kg-1 were the highest in the Fe2 treatment, but the accumulation of Cu was gradually increased, the value 33.412 mg.kg-1 was the highest in FeZ, treatment. The distribution of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn were changed by adding Fe2+ treatment. It was similar between the trend of shoot-root ratio of four elements and their accumulation in American ginseng under different Fe2+treatment, and the accumulation of Fe was higher in the root than in the shoot, other elements accumulation was opposR'~.The two curve fitting was very good between the concentration of Fe in the soil and the accumulation of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn of American ginseng, and the trend that different Fe2+ treatment with the elements accumulation was concordant. In a word, Fe2+ stress disturbed the balance of absorption and distribution of some nutrient elements in ginseng, and leaded to metabolic disorders, affected the normal growth of American ginseng.
