摘要
目的:探讨桥接组合式内固定系统治疗肱骨及胫骨骨折的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2013年1~10月收治的16例肱骨及胫骨骨折患者的临床资料,所有患者均使用桥接组合式内固定系统进行治疗,术后定期复查X线片,将患侧同健侧对比,通过患肢成角、旋转及短缩情况评价临床疗效。结果所有患者均手术成功,无一例死亡。术后均无伤口感染、内固定金属松动、断裂和骨折不愈合等严重并发症发生;优良率为93.8%(15/16)。结论桥接组合式内固定系统的结构设计合理,生物学和生物力学特性均符合骨科发展的BO原则,可有效避免应力遮挡、集中及金属断裂等问题,有利于骨折愈合。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of bridging modular fixation system for the treatment of humerus and tibia fracture. Methods Clinical data of 16 cases in our hospital from January to October 2013 with humerus and tibia fracture were retrospectively analyzed.Bridging modular fixation system was used in all patients.X-ray film was regular reviewed after surgery.The ipsilateral was compared with contralateral.Clinical outcomes of limb angulation,rotation and shortening were evaluated. Results All patients had successful surgery with no deaths and no postoperative wound infection,loosening,fracture of metal fixation,nonunion and other serious complications.The excellent rate was 93.8%(15/16). Conclusion Structural design of bridging modular fixation system is reasonable with biology and biomechanical properties in line with the development of BO orthopedic principles.It can effectively prevent stress shielding,concentration,metal fracture and other issues.It's conducive to fracture healing.
