摘要 转移性多形性腺瘤（melastasizing pleomorphic adenoma MPA）是临床上罕见的涎腺肿瘤，原发灶及转移灶的肿瘤组织学均为良性肿瘤表现，但因其可发生淋巴结或远隔脏器的转移而致死，
