摘要
目的:研究探讨冠修复与根管治疗隐裂牙牙髓病的临床疗效评估。方法:将156例患者共计188颗属于隐裂牙牙髓病的患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组90齿采用冠修复与根管治疗方法,对照组98齿采用传统治疗方法。结果:观察组90齿治疗后显效44齿,有效29齿,无效17齿,总有效率为81.11%;对照组98齿治疗后显效33齿,有效25齿,无效41齿,总有效率为59.18%;经统计学检验(χ2=11.396,P=0.034)具有统计学意义。结论:冠修复与根管治疗隐裂牙牙髓病临床效果显著,对于治疗前景广阔。
Objective： To evaluate the crowns and root canal therapy for patients with cracked teeth pulposis. Methods： 188 cracked teeth pulposis of 156 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group in which 90 teeth in the observation group were given crowns and root canal therapy, and 98 teeth in the control group were given traditional treatment methods. Results： Total effective rate was 81.11% ,the excellence were 44 teeth,the valid were 29 teeth,the invalid were 17 teeth aftet treatment in the treatment group. Total effective rate was 59.18%,the excellence were 33 teeth,the valid were 25 teeth,the invalid were 41 teeth aftet treatment in the control group.There was statistical significance （Xz=11.396, P=0.034）in total effective rate of two groups. Conclusion：The crowns and root canal therapy for cracked teeth pulposis patients is significant prospects .
