摘要
简要介绍了5-脂氧合酶基因打靶小鼠模型的性质,在各种疾病模型中的表型,以及5-脂氧合酶细胞核定位研究的新进展。
A brief introduction of the characteristics of 5-lipoxygnase - deficient mice and the major phenotypic findings of it from numerous experimental models are presented. Some new progress about the research on nuclear targeting of 5-lipoxygnase are also included.
