新型免载方式的膝关节矫形器设计与评价 被引量:2

Design and Evaluation of a Novel Unloading Knee Brace

摘要 通过对现有免载矫形器的机构工作原理及其局限的分析,提出了一种全新的全膝免载方式,即通过机构在下肢伸展时向上牵拉膝关节以承担部分载荷,据此设计了新型膝关节免载矫形器,并进行了相关的运动和力学分析.同时通过实验建立了矫形器大腿托与大腿压力、阻力以及皮肤变形间的关系,综合评价了矫形器对人体的影响,验证了其免载的有效性. A novel way to reduce internal knee force was proposed by pulling the knee when it is extending after analyzing the current working principle of knee brace, and a concrete design with detailed kinematic and mechanical analysis was put forward. Then its effect on people was evaluated generally by the experiment which built the relationships between pressures, shears force and skin deformation range of thigh and proved the effectiveness of the mechanism.
