摘要
[目的]研究芦竹碱的微波辅助合成方法。[方法]以吲哚和二甲胺、甲醛为原料,使用乙酸作为催化剂,以微波辅助方法合成芦竹碱,考察了催化剂、溶剂、温度、反应时间、原料摩尔比对产率的影响。[结果]产率最高达到98.1%,产物通过红外、核磁进行表征。[结论]微波辅助法合成芦竹碱操作简便、收率高、用时短、符合绿色化学的要求。
[Aims] A new method of microwave (MW) assisted synthesis of gramine was developed. [Methods} Gramine was synthesized using indole, dimethylamine, and formaldehyde as starting materials, and acetic acid as catalyst. The effects of the reaction temperature, reaction time, solvent, solvent volume and the molar ratio on yields were studied, and the optimal conditions of microwave assisted synthesis of gramine salt were determined. [Results] The products were characterized by 1H NMR and IR with yields up to 98.1%. [Conclusions] Synthesis of gramine under microwave irradiation reactions has such advantages of simple operation, high yields and short reaction time, which complies with the requirements of green chemistry.
