摘要
对比GB标准与ASTM标准可以发现,两个标准对水泥品种的划分具有一定的相似性,同时也存在一些不同的地方,如ASTM标准考虑了引入加气剂的水泥品种。对于水泥强度的规定,ASTM标准仅规定了水泥的抗压强度,而GB标准则给出了水泥的抗压和抗折强度的要求,较ASTM标准详细。此外,GB标准和ASTM标准对于水泥物理性能的要求也基本相同,ASTM标准较GB标准多考虑了需水量、干缩和膨胀等指标,较为全面。而对于水泥化学性能的要求,GB标准较ASTM标准多考虑了氯离子的影响,其他性能指标的规定则大体上一致。总的来说,GB标准和ASTM标准存在一定的差异性,但是两国标准对于水泥基本成分及性能的规定和理解具有一定的相通性。
The comparison to Portland cement codes between China's GB(Chinese state standards) and American ASTM(American standards of testing materials) shows that certain similarity consists in cement sorts distinguish,but some differences still exist.For examples,aeration cement is concerned in ASTM;request of cement compressive strength and bending strength is given in GB,but only compressive strength is required in ASTM;some targets like water quantity needed,shrinkage and expanse etc.are considered in ASTM while influence of chlorine ion is considered in GB etc.Other physical and chemical properties requirement as well as chemical composition are just the similar in both GB and ASTM.
