L360管线钢在普光气田集输系统的腐蚀 被引量:1

Corrosion of L360 Pipeline Steel Used in Puguang Gas-field Gathering and Transportation System

摘要 对L360管线钢在普光气田集输系统中使用了2a的L360管线钢的腐蚀行为进行了研究,并对L360钢的机械性能(屈服强度、断裂强度、冲击强度、延伸率、硬度)进行了研究。结果表明,服役2a后,钢管内壁出现了部分氢致裂纹和点蚀,但L360钢在使用前后的力学性能变化并不明显,所产生的氢致裂纹也对于钢管的安全服役性能影响很小。通过对于固溶氢浓度以及服役后抗硫化物应力腐蚀(SSC)性能的研究,认为L360钢具有很低的氢溶解度,长期服役后的L360钢依然有足够的抗SSC能力。L360钢能够适用于高酸性气田集输系统。 The corrosion behavior and mechanical properties (yield strength, impact strength, elongation, hardness, fracture toughness) of L360 used for two years in high sour environment of Puguang gas-field were investigated. The results showed that pitting corrosion and hydrogen-induced cracking were observed in L360 steel. But there was little change for the mechanical properties and anti-SSC performance of L360 steel. L360 steel can be applied to high sour gas-field gathering system.
