摘要
2013年中,天津商务系统针对全市电子商务发展情况进行了为期一个月的调研活动。调研在综合分析我市近几年电子商务发展现状的基础上,既归纳了优势方面也指出了诸多不足,如缺少龙头企业、产业规模较小、企业信息化程度低等等。同时也为未来推进我市电子商务发展指明了道路:推进大型行业平台建设、大力发展网络零售、积极发展跨境电子商务,强化服务支撑体系建设,充分发挥政府的规划引导和政策促进等。
In 2013, Tianjin business systems conducted a month-long research on the e- commerce development in the city. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the current situation in recent years, this paper not only summarizes the advantages but also points out some problems, such as lack of leading enterprises, small scale of industries, low level of informatization degree and so on. Some constructive suggestions on how to promote the industry of e-commerce are made toward the end of the paper. They are ：building a large-scale platform for e-commerce, vigorously developing e-retailing, actively expanding cross-border e-commerce, enhancing support system of services, and giving full play to the government＇s role in planning guidance and policy facilitation.
