摘要
西螺镇延平老街是台湾乡村历史街区的典型代表。文章以台湾西螺镇延平老街为例,通过对街区历史及其空间环境和文化环境的综合调查,分析其衰落的过程、原因以及存在的问题,提出了以多样态居住模式与公共环境相结合的方法。以社区规划和住宅设计为主题,将设计手段与运作模式相结合,为乡村历史街区的复兴和延续提供合理的操作手段,也为中国大陆同类型的乡村历史街区的更新与可持续发展提供借鉴。
Yah Ping Street of Siluo is a typical historical district in Taiwan rural area. Taking Yan Ping Street as a case study, we analyzed the historic context and ongoing problems of Siluo and why the district goes down, and introduced how to take investigation involving both the spatial and cultural aspects to the situation of Siluo, then brought in a way of design combining devise residence and public environment development. In this way, we aimed to coordinate design strategy and business model to propose a methodology to revitalize historical district in rural area, and gave some ideas to the similar cases of renewal and sustainable development in China's Mainland as a reference.
