摘要
                
                    以栖息在海南印度紫檀树上的等齿印白蚁的变种为材料,通过以羟甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)作为唯一碳源的选择性培养基的筛选,获得1株高产纤维素酶的菌株,经初步鉴定,该菌为芽孢杆菌属的细菌。发酵培养48 h,该菌所产纤维素酶的活性达到(7.813±0.340)U·mL-1。
                
                Termites Indotermes isodentatus' s varietas living in Pterocarpus indicus Willd were collected in Hain- an to isolate cellulase producing bacteria from the intestinal tract of the termites. A bacterial strain producing cel- lulase was screened by selective culture with CMC-Na as the only source of carbon. This bacterial strain was pre- liminarily identified to be under Bacillus. The cellulase produced from the bacteria strain showed an activity of (7. 813 ±0.340)U 1 mL^-1 when the strain was cultured for 48h.
