摘要
选取广东电网历史年实际的统调负荷、电量、电源装机规模及送受电情况,进行电力系统运行模拟,通过有无抽水蓄能电站对比法,量化分析了广州蓄能水电厂对广东电网供电以及各类电源年利用小时数、发电量、发电收入、单位发电费用等的影响,并分析了各类电源对抽水蓄能电站静态效益的利益分摊。结果表明,抽水蓄能电站承担电网调峰填谷的任务,可改善系统内煤电、核电等机组的运行工况,其静态效益主要体现在降低系统电源侧单位发电费用,提高不能参与调峰或深度调峰机组的发电量及发电收益。
Abstract : In this paper, selecting the actual system load, power consumption, power installed capacity, sending and receiving power of the Guangdong power grid, simulate the power system operation. Using the with and without methods, quantitatively analyse the pumped storage power station effects on Guangzhou power supply and power output, generating income, unit generation cost of vari- ous power supply, etc. Analysis benefit allocation of various power. The results show that, because of pumped storage power plant carl cut a peak to fill valley, so can improve operation condition in coal, nuclear power unit, the static benefits of pumped storage power station is mainly to reduce system power supply side unit generation cost, increase the generating capacity of other conventional power supply and incomegeneration.
