摘要
济源职业技术学院在思政课教学管理中创新应用课代表,建立了高职思政课课代表制度。充分发挥课代表制度的课堂管理功能、质量监控功能和师资培训功能,可以满足新时期高职院校提高大课堂管理与组织质量、强化高职思政课课堂教学质量监控力度、提升高职思政课教师业务素质的要,进而有力地推动思政课课堂教学质量的不断提高。
The subject representative system has been established in Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College. The subject representative system has the function of class managing, quality monitoring and teacher training, which can effectively improve the teaching quality.
