摘要
网络反腐已成为我国反腐的一大利器,但网络反腐又是一把双刃剑。针对网络反腐中存在的诸多问题,我们有必要以法治文化为理论机理,通过建设网络反腐法律制度文化、观念文化、基础设施和组织文化以及行为文化等,逐步培育网络反腐主体正确和自觉的网络反腐法治文化观念,唯有如此,方能从根本上实现网路反腐的制度化和法治化,消除网络反腐善治过程中的"人治"文化阻碍。
Network anti-corruption,as a new mode,plays a unique role in the whole system of anti-con＇uption.However,it has two obvious sides of disadvantages and advantages.Confronted with so many issues,China ought to construct the rule of law culture of network anti-corruption in the light of the theory of rule of law culture.By establishing the institutional culture,ideogenetic culture, infrastructure and organization culture,and behavior culture of network anti-corruption.We are likely to cultivate the correct and conscientious view of rule of law of participants in network anti-corruption,thereby push it on the way to institutionalization and le- galization fundamentally and eliminate rule of man culture barriers in the construction of network anti-corruption rule of law culture.
