摘要
目的研究肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的临床疗效。方法我院选择2010年8月-2012年8月间进行诊治的48例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者,将其分为两组。对照组的24例患者运用垂体后叶素进行止血治疗,观察组的24例患者运用生长抑素进行止血治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及所需止血时间。结果分别比较两组患者用药12、24、48 h的止血效果,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的平均止血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血运用生长抑制来治疗的临床效果显著,止血速度快,患者的副作用轻,患者依从性较好,舒适度较高等诸多优点,值得我们在临床上大力推广使用。
Objective Gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with clinical treatment of hepatic cirrhosis complicated with upper. Methods Patients with hemorrhage in 48 patients with cirrhosis in our hospital in August 2010-2012 year in August for the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal, divided into two groups. A control group of 24 patients with Pituitrin is hemostatic treatment, the observation group of 24 patients using somatostatin is hemostatic therapy, compared two groups of patients with treatment effect and the bleeding time. Results The hemostatic effect were compared between the two groups of 12 h, 24 h, 48 h treatment, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）, observe the mean hemostatic time group were shorter than the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of esophageal and gastric varices bleeding treated by inhibiting the growth of significant clinical effect, fast bleeding, side effects in patients with mild, patient compliance is good, comfort higher advantages, worth in clinical promotion use.
