摘要
目的:观察开展品管圈降低呼吸机故障率的效果,加强科室对呼吸机的维护管理。方法:通过自发组建品管圈,开展相关活动,实施相关措施,观察降低呼吸机故障率的效果。结果:通过开展品管圈活动,使科室呼吸机故障率从6.31%降至1.63%,呼吸机月平均维修费从3531元降至1450元。结论:开展品管圈活动降低了科室呼吸机的故障率,增强了呼吸机的使用安全性,节约了科室呼吸机的维修费。
Objective：To observe the effect of carrying out quality control circle about decrease the failure of the ventilator,strengthen the department for maintenance and management of the ventilator.Methods：Through the spontaneous formation of quality control circles,to carry out activities related,and implementation of relevant measures,observe and get its effect about decrease the failure rate of the ventilator.Results：By conducting QCC,the failure rate of the ventilator down from 6.31％ to 1.63％,the ventilator maintenance costs of the average monthly down from 3531 yuan to 1450 yuan.Conclusion：To carry out QCC reduce the failure rate of the ventilator,and enhances the safe use of the ventilator,and saving the ventilator maintenance costs.
