摘要
以紫御谷为材料,研究了在干旱、高温以及双重胁迫处理下,水杨酸处理对紫御谷幼苗叶片的内源激素及渗透调节物质含量的影响.结果表明:干旱、高温及双重胁迫时叶片的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、IAA含量降低,Pro、ABA和JA含量增加;水杨酸(SA)处理能降低干旱、高温及双重胁迫时叶片Pro、ABA和JA含量,增加可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和IAA含量.试验表明:SA能有效增强紫御谷对干旱、高温以及双重胁迫的抵抗能力,帮助其在这些逆境下的生长及生存.
Influences of salicylic acid(SA) on the contents of endogenous hormones and osmotic adjustment substances in the seedling leaves of Pennisetum glaucum cv. Purple Majesty were studied under drought and/or high temperature conditions. Under drought or high temperature conditions or both, the contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar and IAA in the leaves declined while Pro, ABA and JA in them increased. SA pretreatments decreased the contents of Pro, ABA and JA in the leaves under drought and/or high temperature and increased the contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar and IAA in them. The above results indicated that SA treatment can increase the resistance of Purple Majesty plants in drought and/or high temperature and help their growth and survival under stress.
