摘要
根据自走式红枣收获机工作原理以及采收技术要求,设计出了一种适于自走式红枣收获机采摘装置的液压振动系统,进行了液压振动系统的设计以及元件选型主要参数计算等方面的研究。并通过AMESim液压仿真软件对该系统进行仿真分析,证明了液压系统的可行性和合理性。
Based on the working principle and harvested technical requirement of self propelled jujube harvest machine, designed a hydraulic vibration system which suitable for picking device of self-propelled red harvester , this paper gives the design of the hydraulic vibration system, components selection and calculation of main parameters. And through the hydraulic simulation software AMESim simulation the system, proved the feasibility and rationality of the hydraulic sys tem.
