摘要
随着我国进入老龄化社会步伐的加快,我国社会的养老压力加重。长期以来我国对不同的群体设置了不同的养老保险制度,这种"碎片化"的养老制度随着经济的发展越来越影响到了人民的公平感和社会的稳定。文章基于2008中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,比较了现阶段我国在不同单位属性就业的人员在养老社会保障待遇公平感方面存在的差异,然后进一步分析养老保障公平感与整体社会公平感的关系。通过建立回归模型,得出机关事业单位人员养老保障的公平感优于非机关事业单位人员,养老保障是否公平会进一步影响到整个社会的公平感,以此说明目前的养老保险"双轨制"不仅没有促进社会公平的实现,反而加重了不公平感。
As China entered aging society so fast, the pressure of pension aggravated. Endowment insurance system varies differently in China for a long time. With the development of the economy, this kind of endowment insurance system increasingly affected people's sense of fairness and social stability. Based on the data of 2008GSS, this paper compared the employees' sense of social justice, who were employed in the institution units and the non-institution units, then analyzed the relationship between the endowment insurance fairness and the social justice deeply. By establishing the Regression Model, the sense of social justice of employees in the institution units was much higher than that in non-institution units, and the fairness of the endowment insurance has much influence on the sense of social justice. This paper aims to explain that the "dual-track" pension system present does not promote the realization of the social justice, but increase the sense of unfairness.
