摘要
RNA干扰是一种由双链RNA介导的基因沉默现象,它能特异地沉默内源或外源性靶基因。端粒的生物学功能主要是保护染色体末端,避免核酸酶对染色体末端的降解。端粒酶是由端粒酶反转录酶和端粒酶RNA模板组成的具有特殊反转录活性的核糖核蛋白复合物。通过RNA干扰技术抑制端粒酶阳性细胞中的端粒酶活性可导致细胞凋亡或衰老。
RNA interference is a phenomenon of gcne silence induced by double-stranded RNA, which can be specific to silence endogenous or exogenous target genes. The biological function of telomere is protec- ting the end of chromosome from end-to-end degrading. Telomerase is a specialized ribonucleoprotein complex with special reverse transcription activity that is minimally composed by telomerase reverse transcriptase and RNA templates. The inhibition of the telomerase activity in hTERT-positive ceils leads to apoptosis and senes- cence.
