摘要
开发了一种汽车转向节用非调质钢38MnVS6,对非调质钢转向节的各项力学性能、组织进行了分析。结果表明,非调质钢38MnVS6转向节具有高强韧性,可满足转向节的性能要求;高性能非调质钢的应用,简化了生产工艺,在降低生产能耗的同时方便切削加工,对先进汽车制造的发展具有重要意义。
Abstract :A non quenched and tempered steel 38MnVS6 for steering knuckle was developed, and the performance and application of the steel was researched. The results show that the steel has good tenacity and strength, compared with the steering knuckle. The application of high capability of non quenched and tempered steel can not only simplify the working process, but also reduce the energy consumption in the manufacturing process,which is important to the automotive industry.
