摘要
鹿角胶是名贵药材,其药用价值高,应用广泛,历史悠久。近年来,鹿角胶的应用领域正不断拓展,并在很多疾病的治疗和保健中发挥着重要的作用。它不仅是治病良药,更是补益佳品。国内外学者从其来源、分布、化学成分、临床应用等方面对其进行了深入研究。现将古籍中的大量记载与现代文献中的相关研究加以概括和总结,整理出鹿角胶的传统用药规律和现代研究进展,分析鹿角胶这一中药材的用法、用量和治病机理,为今后的开发和利用提供理论依据。
The collagen of Antler, a rare medicinal material, has a long history with high medicinal value and wide applica- tion.In recent years, the application field of antler collagen is expanding. Moreover, it plays an important role in the treat- ment and health care of many diseases. It is both an effective medicine and a tonic. Scholars at home and abroad have in- depth study on its source, distribution, chemical composition and clinical application. We generalized and summarized the re- lated researches in ancient and modem literature to sort out traditional medicine laws and modern research progress of the collagen of antler. We also analyzed the rule, dosage, treatment mechanism of the collagen of antler to provide theoretical ba- sis for the development and utilization in the future.
