摘要
为了解决颗粒、粉末材料加压过程中存在的非线性时变问题,满足工厂自动化技术要求,设计了一种自动加压系统。应用表明,该系统的使用明显提高了加压对象的压力精度和密度一致性,提高了产品的质量和生产效率。
An automatic pressing system is designed to solve the nonlinear and time-varying problem in pressing process for pellet and powder materials.In the practice application,it has been proved that the pressure precision and the density identify of the pressed materi- als were improved significantly.
