循环床气固提升管中颗粒浓度的轴向分布 被引量:25

摘要 以 16m高循环床提升管中气固两相流压力梯度的大量实验数据为基础 ,从能量耗散的观点分析研究了平均颗粒浓度的轴向分布特征及其操作条件的影响 ,并与相同条件下 6m高提升管中颗粒浓度的轴向分布进行了对比。结果表明 ,增加颗粒循环量Gs 或减小表观气速Ug 时 ,由于单位质量颗粒加速和输送的能量减少 ,提升管各高度位置的颗粒浓度εs增大 ,颗粒浓度的轴向分布亦更不均匀 ;提升管高度对平均颗粒浓度及其轴向分布具有显著影响 ,提升管高度增加 ,提升管各高度截面上的平均颗粒浓度减小 ,颗粒浓度的轴向分布也更加均匀 ,给定表观气速对应的颗粒饱和夹带量也将提高。 The axial distributions of averaged solids holdup and the effects of operation conditions were investigated with the experimental data of pressure gradients of gas-solid two phase flow in a 16 m high CFB riser. The energy consumption analysis shows that, with increasing solids circulating rate G s  or decreasing superficial gas velocityU g , the solids holdups increase and become more non-uniformly distributed over the whole riser height because of the reduction of the energy used to accelerate and carry the particles. Compared the axial distributions of solids holdups with those in a 6 m high CFB riser at the same conditions,it is found that the riser height has a significant effect on the averaged solids holdup and its axial distribution in the riser. With the increased riser height, the averaged solids holdups at various axial locations of the riser will be decreased and become more uniformly distributed along the riser height, and the saturation carrying capacity corresponding to a given superficial gas velocity will also become larger.
