重型脑外伤合并小脑幕切迹疝术中复位的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨重型脑外伤合并小脑幕切迹疝术中复位的疗效。方法选择本院重型脑外伤患者120例,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各60例,对照组给予传统手术治疗,治疗组在此基础上行小脑幕切迹疝术中复位手术。结果治疗组在术后1、3、5 d颅内压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者随访6个月,治疗组预后良好率明显高于对照组,而死亡率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重型脑外伤合并小脑幕切迹疝术中复位能降低颅内压,提高减压效果,有利于改善患者预后。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of tentorial hernia intra-operative reset in the severe brain trauma patients. Methods 120 patients with severe brain trauma in our hospital were selected, and all patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods, the control group was treated with tra- ditional surgery, on the basis, the treatment group was given tentorial hernia intra-operative reset. Results Inl,3,5 d af- ter treatment, the intracranial pressure of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). All patients were followed for six months, the prognosis good rate in the treatment group was significantly higher, while the mortality rate was significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Tentorial hernia intra-operative reset in the severe brain trauma patients can reduce intracranial pressure, improve decompression effect, thus it is contributing for improving the prognosis.
