摘要
目的:分析在胎儿先天性膈疝的产前诊断中应用超声技术的价值。方法:回顾性分析2009年5月-2013年5月67例先天性膈疝胎儿的超声表现。结果:经产前超声检查发现,67例先天性膈疝胎儿主要有纵隔移位的超声表现,胎儿上腹部的正常解剖形态消失,且具有心脏移位的现象,另外其他多处地方也有畸形情况。结论:产前超声检查对及早发现先天性膈疝具有重要意义,对及早进行诊治起到一定的促进作用。
Objective：To analyze in the prenatal diagnosis of fetal congenital diaphragmatic hernia in the value of the application of ultrasonic technology.Method：67 cases of congenital diaphragmatic hernia fetal ultrasound findings were analyzed retrospectively from May 2009 to May 2013. Result：By prenatal ultrasonographic examination found that 67 cases of congenital diaphragmatic hernia mainly included：sonographic findings of mediastinal shift fetus,fetal abdomen on the normal anatomy of the form disappeared,and had the phenomenon of shifting the heart,in addition to other places also had abnormal situation.Conclusion：Prenatal ultrasonic examination is of great significance for early detection of congenital diaphragmatic hernia,for early diagnosis and treatment play a role in promoting.
