摘要
目的 :观察中西医结合治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法 :将入选的60例患者随机分为中医治疗组与西医对照组,每组各30例,所有患者均给予相同的基础治疗。对照组给予环孢素A(CsA)和司坦唑醇联合口服治疗,同时进行保肝治疗。治疗组在以上治疗的基础上给予我院协定处方再障煎剂口服,并随证加减,疗程2个月,疗程结束后观察统计。结果 :治疗组的临床总有效率为86.67%,对照组的总有效率为63.33%,两组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后两组白细胞数、血红蛋白值及血小板数均有所升高,但治疗组效果比对照组更明显,两组治疗后相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组的平均住院时间短于对照组,复发率明显少于对照组。两组患者部分毒副反应相比,治疗组明显低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 :采用中西医结合的方法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血可以减少西药用量、减轻西药不良反应、缩短疗程、提高疗效,降低复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine for the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia. Methods： 60 patients were selected and randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group, 30 in each group. All patients were given the same basic treatment. The control group received cyclosporine A （CsA ） and stanozolol in combination with oral treatment, protecting the liver at the same time. Treatment group on the basis of the above treatment was given the oral prescription. The course was 2 months and after the treatment, the statistical analysis was carried on. Results： Through oral medicine, the treatment group＇s clinical total effective rate was 86.67%, and the total effective rate was 63.33% in the control group. The two groups had a significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） . After treatment, white blood cell count, hemoglobin and platelet count were increased, but the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group and two groups after treatment had significant differences （P〈0.05 ）. The treatment group＇s average length of stay was shorter than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly less than that of the control group. Part of the toxicity of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： The treatment of chronic aplastic anemia can reduce the amount of Western medicine, reduce Western medicine adverse reactions, shorten the course of treatment, improve efficacy and reduce the relapse rate, and it is worthy of clinical application.
