摘要
直流配电网凭借其与分布式发电及储能系统灵活的接入方式,同时降低设备投资、提高用户电能质量和供电可靠性等独有的优势逐渐引起国内外学者的关注。交直流同线馈送方式的提出在现有输电线的基础上通过直流部分的有功功率和交流配电网盈亏调剂,实现全网的功率平衡;专家PID控制为直直变换的控制方法提出了新思路;部分保护设备可与低压配网中广泛应用的传统保护设备整合。同时对现已开展的典型案例进行分析、预测,总结了国内外针对低压直流配电网的研究状况,详尽地说明了直流配电网技术的可行性、技术难题与应用前景。
DC distribution network has a flexible connection to distributed generation and energy storage systems, reduces investment in equipment and improves power quality and reliability unique advantages which make it more and more attractive among domestic and foreign scholars. According to the concept of AC/DC feeding on the same line, power equalization can be achieved on existing power transmission lines through unified capacity utilization between active DC power and AC distribution network. PID expert control represents a new idea for DC/DC control: some protective devices could be integrated with traditional protective equipment widely used in low-vohage DC distribution networks. Furthermore, this paper analyses typical cases in process, summarizes domestic and foreign studies of the low-voltage DC distribution network, and describes details on the feasibility, technical issues and application prospects of DC distribution networks.
