PMDI与MAPE复合改性荻草/HDPE复合材料的性能研究

摘要 以荻草纤维(SV)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)制备复合材料,同时用多苯基甲烷多异氰酸酯(PMDI)与马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAPE)作为改性剂。研究了复合改性对荻草木塑复合材料力学性能、热性能的影响。结果表明,FTIR证明了PMDI的官能团与羟基发生了反应。当SV与PMDI质量比为6:1,SV质量分数为50%,MAPE质量分数为8%时,荻草木塑复合材料的力学性能达到最佳。荻草纤维经过PMDI处理后,促进了纤维的成核剂的作用,但是添加MAPE后,复合材料的结晶度降低。 With polymeric methylene diphenyldiisocyanate (PMDI) and maleated grafting polyethylene (MAPE) as modifier, silvergrass and HDPE were used to prepare composites. The effects of the modification on the mechanical and thermal propemes of silvergrass wood plastic composites (WPC) were investigated. The results showed that the functional group of PMDI reacted with the hydroxyl groups of fibers. It can be concluded that, when the mass ratio SV:PMDI = 6:1, the mechanical properties of WPC containing 8% MAPE can be reached the maximum values at 50% SV fibers. It also showed that when the SV fibers were treated by PMDI, SV can be a more effective nucleating agent. However, when SV fibers were treated by PMDI and MAPE, the SV fibers had a negative effect on the degree of crystallinity.
