摘要
螺旋锥齿轮是机械传动领域形式最复杂、用途最广泛的零件之一,其加工方法一直是研究的热点。基于螺旋锥齿轮的研究成果和发展现状,对螺旋锥齿轮的现代加工方法进行总结和归纳,将其划分为三类,即专用数控铣齿机数字化加工、通用数控加工中心铣削加工和产形线切齿法加工。同时,对螺旋锥齿轮各类现代加工方法的优势和特点进行探讨,为螺旋锥齿轮的加工和研究提供途径。
The processing of spiral bevel gear drives is still a hot topic of research that presents the component with the most com- plex form and the most extensive use in the mechanical transmission field. According to the achievements and current development state quo,the modem processing method of spiral bevel gears are summarized and concluded, and can be divided into three cate- gories namely digitized processing of CNC milling machine, universal CNC machining center milling machining, generating-line cutting method are reviewed. Simultaneously, with the comparison, the advantages and characteristics of respective modem pro- cessing method are discussed, in order to provide approaches for spiral bevel gears processing and research.
