燃料电池发动机散热器传热与流阻特性分析 被引量:5

摘要 燃料电池发动机(FCE)需求散热量大且散热条件恶劣,需对其冷却系统进行优化,特别是对散热器散热能力进行校核以保证FCE处于合理的工作温度。针对汽车中常用的带百叶窗管带式散热器,在热力分析计算的基础上,基于Matlab建立了散热器传热及流阻特性的计算模型,并通过实验验证了该模型的精度,对不同工况下燃料电池发动机散热器的散热效果进行了比较。 The cooling system, especially radiator's heat dissipation in fuel cell engine (FCE), were needed to insure FCE in the moderate working temperature for its large amount and bad condition of heat dissipation. Thermal analysis and calculation of automotive louver-radiator were presented. A computing model for characteristic of heat transfer and fluid resistance was developed by Matlab, and the accuracy of this model was verified by the bench test. The heat dissipation effect of FCE radiator in different motor condition was also compared finally.
