摘要
为了建立高校学生分层教育模型,增强高校学生教育的高效性和针对性,正确引导学生合理规划学业生涯,采用了问卷调查、开展座谈会和走访学生寝室的方法,分析了不同年级学生的心理发展状态、特点和存在的问题,提出了适用于高校学生教育的分层教育模型,进一步完善了高校学生教育与管理模式。
To establish stratified education model for college students, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of college students’ education, guiding students career planning correctly, results from questionnaire surveys, interviews and student dormitories visitations were taken to analyze the psychological development states, characteristics and existing problems of stu-dents from different grades. A stratified education model suitable for the education of col-lege students should be adopted to further improve the education and management mode of college students.
