摘要
基于区域城镇化水平测度研究的述评,以及新型城镇化内涵的界定,构建了涵盖人口城镇化、经济城镇化、居民生活质量、基础设施与环境建设诸方面22项指标的测度区域城镇化水平的指标体系,采用主成分分析和系统聚类分析的原理、并借助SPSS19.0统计分析软件完成数据分析处理,对陕西省咸阳市所辖县区的城镇化综合水平及其空间差异作综合定量评价。结果表明:咸阳市县(区、市)域城镇化综合水平差异明显,大致区分为4个等级类型;大多数县区各主成分得分所体现的城镇化发展方面优、劣势并存。并就各县区切合实际、因地制宜地制定城镇化发展战略提出建议和措施。
Based on the review of the research of the regional urbanization level, the late-model urbanization connotation is defined, the index system is built that includes the aspects of the population urbanization, the e- conomy urbanization, the residents＇ life quality, infrastructure and environmental construction and the 22 indi- cators. It is completed by the principle of principal component analysis and cluster analysis with SPSSI9.0 statistical analysis software, that is, the comprehensive quantitative evaluation on the county＇s urbanization level and its spatial difference in Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province. The results showed that： the Urbanization level difference is obvious between the different counties in Xianyang City, and they are divided into 4 grade types ; the principal aspects of the urbanization development in the majority of counties are the advantages and disadvantages co-exist. The proposals and measures to develop urbanization strategy are put forward, according to local conditions on the county district and realistic situation.
