摘要
通过在栽培过程中监测营养液的pH值以及EC值变化情况,研究营养液的3种更换频率,10 d(F10)、20 d(F20)、30 d(F30)对小白菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:与F10相比,F20、F30处理在叶片数、株高及叶绿素含量等指标上无显著差异;地上部鲜重、根鲜重和干重略有降低,但无显著差异;维生素C的含量升高,硝酸盐的含量显著降低,且F30处理好于F20处理。生产上选择30 d更换1次营养液,不降低小白菜产量,改善品质。
Through monitoring the pH and EC (electrical conductivity), three renewal frequencies(F10,F20,F30) and their influences on the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage in soilless culture were conducted in this research: The results showed that no significant variation existed among F30, F20 and F10 treatments in terms of leaf number and plant height, stem diameter, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, dry weight and other morphological characters as well as contents of chlorophyll. Compared with F10, vitamin C content of F20 and F30 treatments increased, and content of nitrate decreased significantly, and the effect of F30 treatment was better than F20 treatment.
